Rosè: 

This wine is the new entry in Villa Pillo’s production. It is composed by 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot.Particularly good for the summer time thanks to his freshness. His colour is a brilliant rose with purple tonalities. This Rosè’s aromas of red fruits and flowers and the taste is light , fresh and simple.

Blend: Sangiovese 50%,  Merlot 50%.

Vineyards: Planted from 1991 to 1995.

Harvest: Merlot 10th and 12th September, Sangiovese 7th, 8th and 10th October.

Grapes are hand-picked and all varieties completed the fermentation separately.
