Sauvignon Blanc: 

This new product is Villa Pillo’s answer for people who’s looking for a white Tuscan wine of a very high quality that is able to join a nice wine to the territory. It is composed by Sauvignon Blanc 100%. The colour of the wine it’s a golden yellow with an intense peach and tropical fruits aroma. Manual operations of picking, together with a careful selection at the moment of the vintage make the quality of the grapes grow. Tuscany’s hot summer make this particular variety the first one ready to be harvested, infact we pick the Sauvignon Blanc in the end of August.Wonderful with all the kind of seafood and fresh cheeses, pleasant as aperitive.

Blend: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Vineyards: Planted from 2005

Harvest: 28th and 29th August.

Grapes are hand-picked and the fermentation has been done under dry ice in still tanks.

Age in oak: 4 months in new french oak.

Total production: 6.000 bottles
